Recipient Unavailability

• For Singapore Deliveries, If the recipient is not available to receive the delivery, we will do the followings:

1. For residential address, if no one is at home to receive item during the requested delivery time slot, we may leave the item in a safe place for the  to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery again the next day. 

2. For business address, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted again the next business day.

3. Re-delivery charges may apply.

• For China Deliveries

1. Deliveries will only be made after calling recipient to schedule a suitable delivery time.  Please remember to provide us a contactable telephone number. 

2. We can accept re-direction of delivery if requested by recipient.  If the re-directed address is out of delivery area, additional charges may apply.

3. We may leave the flowers at the recipient's door step only if requested by sender or recipient. 

• For Other Countries, couriers such as FedEx® or UPS® may be used

1. If the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery package, delivery service may leave the package at the address if no one is available to receive; a signature is not required.

.Undeliverable Locations

1. Hospitals--We can't deliver to Intensive Care Units (ICU) or the Critical Care Units (CCU) of hospitals because most hospitals don't allow it. If you send flowers to someone in the hospital who is currently in, or has moved, to ICU or CCU, we'll hold the order until such time as the person is released into a regular room. A fresh bouquet will be delivered on that day.
2. Hospitals Delivery Out Side of Singapore--You need to provide us the hospital name and the recipient ward...
3. Certain Delivery Places like Government  offices--we only can leave the flowers to the counter...
4. Others Undelivery Location

• Cruise Ships
• Planes
• Cemeteries
• Post Office boxes or APO's
