International Delivery Policy

Global deliveries are made to locations outside of Singapore and China. Floral arrangements delivered internationally may vary due to current exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability.

For multiple deliveries, please specify clearly each delivery dates when placing orders. Our delivery schedules are as follows.  All time and date stated  are based on Receipt's time and date. 

• Due to time different, international delivery (out side of Singapore and China) need to be placed 2 working days in advance. 

• Delivery service available 6 days a week, Delivery time depend on each different florists international wide.

• Same day delivery and Sunday delivery are only available on certain country. You can find the delivery ability on check out page.

• Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. Substitution may be necessary to ensure your gift and flowers are  delivered on the day you requested. 

Customers are requested to provide the following information at the on-line order form to facilitate prompt fulfillment : 

1. Name of the recipient

2. Full address of the recipient

3. Telephone number of the recipient 

Better still provide us the telephone number of the sender for urgent contact. 

Delivery and Shipping Charge

• Delivery fee is excluded in the quoted price for certain country.

• Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the delivery area.

• Re-delivery will be charged at certain amount for certain cases stated below.

• Changes to address information at the same day of the delivery date will result as a Re-delivery Charge.

• Floral arrangements delivered internationally may vary due to current exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability. Prices may be subject to change for certain countries. You will be contacted if additional funds are required.

Re-delivery charge may apply .....We don't accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under following conditions:

1. Recipient is not present at the address given within those hours during which delivery was requested to take place. 

2. The given address is incorrect.

3. No such a  person at the given address.

4. No valid contact telephone number was given for us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to make delivery successfully.

5. Hospital deliveries please try to make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.

6. The florist will leave the item if no one is home during the requested delivery time slot and a signature is not required.
