China Delivery Policy

For multiple deliveries, please specify clearly each delivery dates when placing orders. Our delivery schedules are as follows.  All time and date stated  are based on Receipt's time and date. 

• Delivery service available 7 days a week, Standard delivery time from 10am-9pm. Special delivery time slot is available with extra charge. 

• Monday Morning Delivery - Order by Sunday as late as 12 noon in the recipient's time zone.

• Morning Delivery Tuesday through Sunday - Order must be received by 5p.m. in the recipient's time zone on the day before.

• Same day afternoon or night time delivery are available from Monday to Saturday - Orders must be placed with a 4 hour lead-time.

• Order will be delivered on the following day if the order arrives after 5pm.

• For delivery request in the morning, order must be received by 5pm the day before. 

• For delivery request on Sundays and Holidays, order must arrive 3.00pm the day before.

• Please call us at 65-64527705, 86-138-50088517 to confirm if urgent or special delivery are requested.

• Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. Substitution may be necessary to ensure your flowers are  delivered on the day you requested. 

Funeral arrangements require additional lead-time, for urgent case please     allow substitution on certain type of flowers. Orders must be placed with a 5 hour lead-time for the same day delivery.

Exotic Flowers and Plants - Due to the limited availability of exotic flowers and plants, next day delivery is required. 

Cake-Due to the special requirement of cake, next day delivery is required.

Customers are requested to provide the following information at the on-line order form to facilitate prompt fulfillment : 

1. Name of the recipient 

2. Full Address of the recipient

3. Telephone number of the recipient 

Better still provide us the telephone number of the sender for urgent contact. 

Products will be delivered over the time range selected by the customers. However, due to unpredictable traffic condition and unforeseen circumstance, the delivery may be out of the requested time range.

Delivery and Shipping Charge

• Delivery fee is included in the quoted price for most of the item unless special mentioned on the price option. 

• There is extra delivery charge if you request the delivery time slot between 830pm-1130pm; 730am-850am. 

• Re-delivery will be charged at SGD$15.00 for certain cases stated below.

• Big changes to address information at the same day of the delivery date will result as a Re-delivery Charge.

Re-delivery charge may apply .....We don't accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under following conditions:

1. Recipient is not present at the address given within those hours during which delivery was requested to take place. 

2. The given address is incorrect.

3. No such a  person at the given address.

4. No valid contact telephone number was given for us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to make delivery successfully.

5. Hospital deliveries please try to make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.

6. The florist will leave the item if no one is home during the requested delivery time slot and a signature is not required.
