Cancellation & Return Policy

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. However, if your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.

Cancellation

We understand your plans may change and orders may need to be cancelled. We would want to be able to accommodate your requests as best as we can. However,  if your floral bouquet or specialty gift is en route or already delivered, we are unable to cancel your order, the full price applies. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation charge is applicable. For orders where delivery has been attempted, 

If your order is to be delivered today, please call us at  65-64527705 (Singapore & International Delivery) 86-138-50088517(China Delivery) to see if the product is en route or has been delivered.

Returns/ Exchange
To provide you with the best possible service, you can return your order for replacement (Flowers & Perishable Products) or refund (
Specialty Gifts).

Flowers & Perishable Products
If you have received a defective product, we will replace that product to your satisfaction. To receive replacement product, please call us at 65-64527705.

For perishable goods such as flowers, fruits, gourmet chocolates and cakes, request for exchange must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Goods must not have been consumed, or for flowers, removed from their original packaging.

Specialty Gifts
For non-perishable specialty gift items  such as table fountains, electrical appliances and baby gears that may be delivered defective, request for exchange must be made within 72 hours of receipt, and the item must be returned unopened with the original packing materials and documentation.

Refunds

Refunds are processed and submitted to the bank within 14 working days* of receipt of your refund request. Thereafter, the bank will process the credit to your credit card. The time frame for the credit to manifest in your credit card statement is defined by the bank.

Please note that we can refund shipping/delivery costs only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the specialty gift item, but the original and return shipping/delivery cost will not be refunded. 

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund within seven to fourteen days of our receiving your return.
