While we guarantee the delivery of a fresh, beautiful bouquet every time, substitutions may be necessary on occasion due to the seasonal nature of flowers, and flower condition.

• Delivery service available 7 days a week, Standard delivery time from 10am-7pm. Special delivery time slot is available with extra charge. 

• Same day delivery is available for some of the items. It is Indicated in the item details.

• Please call us to confirm if urgent or special delivery are requested.

Funeral arrangements require additional lead-time, for urgent case please allow substitution on certain type of flowers. Orders must be placed with a 5 hour lead-time for the same day delivery.

Exotic Flowers and Plants - Due to the limited availability of exotic flowers and plants, next day delivery is required. 

Cake-Due to the special requirement of cake, next day delivery is required.

Delivery and Shipping Charge

• Free delivery to one location for most of the item to be delivered at our normal delivery time slot during week days (Monday-Saturday) unless special mentioned on the price option. 

• There is extra delivery charge if you request the delivery time slot between 700pm-1130pm; 730am-950am. 

• Re-delivery will be charged at SGD$15.00 for certain cases stated below.

• Big changes to address information at the same day of the delivery date will result as a Re-delivery Charge.

• Extra delivery charge for Restricted Areas.

• Kindly note that for peak seasons such as Valentine's Day & Chinese New Year, deliveries cannot be made to Jurong Island, Airline Road, Changi Airport Cargo and Airbase, and PSA (Free Freight Zone), Sentosa, military bases.

• Due to high volume of deliveries on 14 Feb, we regret that we may not be able to deliver according to specific time delivery requests. We will schedule all deliveries to offices within office hours. For home deliveries, you may however, specify delivery either by 6pm or after 6pm.

• There is no delivery during Chinese New Year Holidays from 18-20FEB 2007. Thank you.
